AI Native Builder (ai-native-builder.com) is operated by DILI Ltd, 133 Royal Arch Apartments, The Mailbox, Wharfside Street, Birmingham, England, B1 1RG (“we”, “our”, “the Site”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. What we provide

AI Native Builder is a job board that aggregates and curates job listings for AI-native builders. We do not act as a recruiter, staffing agency, or employment intermediary. We make no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or availability of any listing.

2. Your use of the Site

You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, or systematically download listings without permission
• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content
• Interfere with the Site's operation or security
• Use the Site to send unsolicited communications

3. Accounts and authentication

We offer three ways to sign in: GitHub OAuth, Google OAuth, and email magic link — all provided through Firebase Authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and the email address you use. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Your content and inquiries

If you submit profile information, CV files, project links, job inquiries, hiring inquiries, or messages, you confirm that the information is accurate and that you have the right to provide it. Do not submit unlawful, confidential, misleading, or third-party personal information unless you have permission.

5. Job listings and application links

Listings are provided for informational purposes. We do not guarantee that any position is still open, that application links are valid, or that any employer will respond. Apply directly through each company's official channels.

Application links usually take you to third-party employer or application websites. We are not responsible for those websites, their hiring processes, their terms, or how they process information you submit to them.

6. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use personal data, including account data, saved jobs, signed-in job discovery and application activity, inquiry data, analytics consent and usage data, and email engagement data.

7. Intellectual property

The Site's design, code, and original content are owned by DILI Ltd. Job descriptions belong to their respective employers. Do not reproduce or redistribute content without permission.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DILI Ltd will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
