This Privacy Policy explains how DILI Ltd (“we”, “our”), registered in England and Wales, 133 Royal Arch Apartments, The Mailbox, Wharfside Street, Birmingham, England, B1 1RG, collects, uses, and protects your personal data when you use ai-native-builder.com (“the Site”). DILI Ltd is the data controller for the personal data described below.

1. Information we collect

Account data — when you sign in, we collect your name, email address, and profile photo via:

  • GitHub OAuth
  • Google OAuth
  • Email magic link (we collect the email address you enter)

AI Builder Network data — if you choose to complete your AI Builder Network profile, we collect your work location preference, work options, CV metadata and file, GitHub URL, LinkedIn URL, and project links.

Account activity data — when you are signed in, we record product activity linked to your account, such as sign-ins, job searches, filter and sort choices, job card clicks, job detail views, saved jobs, application link clicks, and saved-job status changes. These records may include search terms you submit, selected filters, result counts, job title, company, date, time, page, and session identifier.

Email and inquiry data — if you subscribe, contact us, or send a job-posting or hiring inquiry, we collect the details you provide, such as your email address, name, phone number, reason for contact, message, and basic request metadata such as user agent and referring page.

Email engagement data — for emails we send through Resend, we may receive delivery, bounce, complaint, open, and click events, including campaign identifiers, message identifiers, subjects, links clicked, and timestamps.

We do not collect payment information.

2. How we use your information

  • To authenticate you and maintain your session
  • To store your saved jobs (linked to your Firebase user ID)
  • To remember your signed-in job activity, including what you searched or filtered for and which jobs you viewed, saved, or clicked to apply for
  • To store your onboarding preferences and AI Builder Network profile
  • To send you job alerts and updates, if you opted in
  • To respond to job-posting, hiring, support, or other inquiries
  • To understand whether emails are delivered, opened, or clicked, and to improve email relevance and deliverability
  • To improve job recommendations, product quality, moderation, and fraud prevention

We do not sell your data. We do not use your data for advertising.

3. Lawful basis for processing

We process your personal data on the following bases under UK GDPR:

  • Contract — processing your authentication data is necessary to provide you with access to the Site.
  • Consent — we send marketing emails only where you have explicitly opted in, and you can withdraw that consent at any time.
  • Legitimate interests — maintaining the security and integrity of the Site, understanding signed-in product usage, improving job discovery, and preventing misuse.
  • Legitimate interests — responding to inquiries, keeping records of business communications, and measuring email delivery and engagement so we can maintain and improve the service.

4. Data retention

We retain your account data and signed-in activity data for as long as your account is active. We retain inquiry records, email signup records, and email engagement records for as long as reasonably needed to respond to you, manage the service, maintain business records, and respect unsubscribe or suppression requests. If you request deletion, we will remove your data within 30 days unless we need to keep limited records for legal, security, or suppression-list purposes.

5. Data storage and international transfers

Authentication, saved job data, signed-in activity data, onboarding preferences, AI Builder Network profile data, email signup data, job inquiry data, and email engagement data are stored in Google Firebase, including Firebase Auth, Firestore, and Firebase Storage. Data may be stored in the EU or US. Where data is transferred outside the UK/EEA, it is protected by Standard Contractual Clauses or an equivalent approved safeguard.

Vercel processes request logs as part of hosting. See Vercel's privacy policy.

Resend processes email addresses, email content, and email delivery or engagement events where needed to send transactional or marketing email and provide delivery reporting.

6. Cookies and tracking

We use Firebase Auth session cookies for authentication. When you are signed in, we also use a temporary session identifier to group account activity during a browser session. We use Google Analytics to understand page views, onboarding progress, product usage, interaction patterns, and site performance. You can opt out of analytics from the footer analytics choices link; if you opt out, we store that choice in your browser and keep analytics off on future visits. We also keep aggregate counts of whether analytics choices were accepted, rejected, or reopened; these counts do not include email addresses, user IDs, IP addresses, user agents, page URLs, or per-user identifiers. We do not send CV file names, profile URLs, email addresses, Firebase user IDs, raw search terms, raw personal profile text, or signed-in activity records to Google Analytics.

7. Marketing emails

If you opt in during sign-in, we may send you job alerts and updates. You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing behram@ai-native-builder.com or clicking Unsubscribe in any email. We will never sell your email address or send third-party marketing.

8. Third-party services

Job application links usually open third-party employer or application websites. Those websites are controlled by the relevant employer or provider, and their own privacy policies apply to information you submit there.

9. Your rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:

  • Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
  • Rectification — request correction of inaccurate data
  • Erasure — request deletion of your data
  • Restriction — request that we limit how we use your data
  • Portability — receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format
  • Object — object to processing based on legitimate interests
  • Withdraw consent — withdraw consent for marketing at any time

You have the right to lodge a complaint with the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint.

10. Children

This Site is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy periodically. We will notify users of material changes by updating the date at the top of this page.
