5+ years leading and implementing AI, automation, MarTech or CRM solutions; 2+ years hands-on generative AI; experience with OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot; orchestration tools (Make, n8n, Workato, Langflow); APIs, webhooks, REST, JSON; CRM and digital marketing platforms; strong English; ability to write technical/functional specs.
Experience shipping AI agents, workflows, or automations; Python, REST APIs, cloud serverless functions, LLM APIs, SQL, authentication, Git, and workflow automation platforms required.
Hands-on experience designing and prototyping AI solutions (LLMs, RAG, STT/TTS, NLP), building conversational/voice agents, using low-code/no-code and APIs, delivering POC/MVP demos, and strong client-facing communication in English.
3+ years software engineering experience with end-to-end ownership of production AI applications, experience with large language or multimodal models, SQL/NoSQL, frontend/backend/cloud, retrieval and agentic systems, and strong communication.
5+ years FullStack experience; expert TypeScript & React and NodeJS; Python required; PostgreSQL, GraphQL/REST; AI engineering with Claude Code; architecture mindset; mentoring; German C1 or native.
Requires end-to-end project delivery, rapid business-domain learning, AI-native workflows, prompt and context engineering, agent design and evaluation, production Python, LLM API integration, version control, and testing.
5+ years building production software or AI solutions; experience with Palantir Foundry/AIP, Copilot Studio/Power Platform; strong API/integration; Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, SQL; ability to work with stakeholders.
Experienced product manager able to write production code, ship products, use generative AI tooling daily, collaborate on technical design, and drive adoption and customer value.
Ownership of end-to-end user acquisition using AI-first tooling; build scrapers, automations, and AI workflows; run A/B tests; proven experience building AI-driven projects (agents, automations, apps).
