8+ years engineering experience building production AI systems, strong architecture and product judgment, experience shipping AI at scale, mentoring and hiring experience, security- and safety-minded.
6+ years shipping user-facing software; strong React/TypeScript, .NET/C#, MSSQL, product design, AI-agent workflows, version control, and CI/CD skills; fluent English communication required.
7+ years building and architecting production systems; background in application or infrastructure security; AI-native workflow experience; senior software architecture and threat-modeling skills.
Full-stack product engineering experience across TypeScript/React or equivalent, backend services, data, AI tooling, product ownership, metrics, and authorization to work for any US employer.
8+ years building and shipping production software; ownership of production systems; AI-native development using Codex/Claude Code/Cursor and AI agents; strong system design, debugging, security instincts, and startup/0→1 experience.
