About the role:
The Working Student, IT Transformation & Governancesupports the continuousimprovementof IT transformation and governance processes by contributing to digitalisation, automation and project deliveryinitiatives. The role assists in developing digital solutions, improving project transparencyand enabling efficient collaborationacross IT and business teams. Working closely with Transformation Managersand cross-functional stakeholders, the position contributes to the adoption of AI-enabledand low-code automationsolutions that enhance operational effectiveness. Success is measured by the quality of delivered solutions, process improvementsand the reliable executionof assigned initiatives.

About your tasks:

• SupportIT transformation initiatives by coordinating assigned activities and contributing to the successful delivery of strategic projects.

• DevelopAI-enabled solutions and digital automations to streamline recurring project management and governance activities, improving efficiency and reducing manual effort.

• Designand implement digital workflows, reporting solutions and collaboration tools that enhance project transparency and operational effectiveness.

• Identifyand optimise repetitive processes by leveraging AI and automation technologies to improve productivity and user experience.

• Buildand continuously improve digital solutions that support knowledge management, documentation and information sharing across IT Transformation initiatives.

• Evaluateand pilot emerging digital technologies and automation capabilities to support continuous improvement within the IT Transformation & Governance function.

• Collaboratewith cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements, test digital solutions and support the adoption of new ways of working.

• Contributeto project governance by maintaining high-quality documentation, reporting and knowledge assets that support informed decision-making.

About you:

• You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master'sprogramme in Business, Information Technologyor a related field.

• You demonstrateinterest in IT organisations, digital transformation, AIand process automation.

• You have initial experience through university projects, internships or personal projects involving automation, digital solutions or project managementis advantageous.

• You have basic understanding of AI, workflow automationand digital collaboration technologies.

• You have basic knowledge of project collaboration tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence)andMicrosoft 365applications, particularly ExcelandPowerPoint.

• You have the ability to developor configure simple automationand digital workflow solutions using low-codeor AI-enabled platforms.

• You have ananalytical mindsetwith the ability to identifyopportunities for process improvementand automation.

• You have a structuredand proactiveworking style with strong organisationalskills.

• You have a fluent communicationskills in Englishand German, with the ability to collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams.
