Overview

ABOUT THE TEAM:RealPage is seeking a SalesforceDeveloper IIposition for ourBusinessEnterprise SolutionsTechnology(BEST) Department at RealPage, Inc. The SalesforceDeveloperwill work closely withdifferent teamsandadminresources todevelop,documentand design efficientsolutions,writeminimaltechnical documentation for implementations, Integrations, enhancements to the salesforce.com platformand development.

Responsibilities

• Ownership of all technical aspects of Salesforce.com, including data migrations, data quality, systems integrations, 3rd party applications, AppExchange products, and customcode.

• Responsible fordeveloping inVisualforce, Apex, and other technologies to build customized solutions that support business requirements and drive key businessdecisions.

• Drive AI-powered enhancements across Salesforce (Service, Sales, and Platform).

• Implement Einstein AI, Generative AI, and automation-driven solutions to improve productivity and decision-making.

• Seek out ways to utilize SFDC to improve processes andproductivity andmake recommendations to support anorganizationscaling at a rapidpace.

• Define, communicate, and manage a change management (release) process to develop and implement new applications/code and updates to existing applications/code.

• Continuouslyidentifyopportunities tooptimizeprocesses usingAI + automation.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop Apex (classes and triggers), Lightning Components, and Visualforce to extend Salesforcein order tosupport business requirements.

• Application development, including basic Visualforce pages/Lightning pages, Lightning Web Components,assistwith each release cycle to implement and deploy new/updates to existing applications and code.

• Design and implement AI-enabled features, including:

Einstein Predictions & Recommendations

AI-powered Case/Lead routing and summarization

Prompt Builder and Copilot configurations

• Build intelligent workflows using Flow + AI logic.

• Implement Generative AI use cases such as:
  • Case summarization
  • Email/response generation
  • Knowledge recommendations

• Working with integrated applications such asDocuSign, Conga,TFSetc.

• Testing (unit and systems), anddebugging.

• Striving towards coding best practices and data quality.

• Contributing totechnical documentation.

• Supporting as a Salesforce Administrator on occasions.

• Experience implementing and developing in Apex, Visualforce, and JavaScript.

• A proactive attitude to Salesforce enhancements.

• A good workethic, ready to absorb best practice from the team.

• Ability to interpret technical specifications.

• Demonstrates continued personal/professional development.

Qualifications

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering,MIS,or related field.

• 5+ yearspreviousdevelopment experience with Salesforce.com (Certified Salesforce.comAdmin & Sr Admin, PD1).

• Solid understanding of and detailed experience with Salesforce.com architecture and API.

• Detailed experience writing Visualforce and Apex classes and triggers.

• Ability to translate business problems into AI-driven Salesforce solutions

• Experience delivering production-grade AI features with measurable impact

• Strong understanding of responsible AI, governance, and data security

• Experience with Salesforce AI capabilities, including:
  • Einstein AI/Einstein GPT / Copilot / Prompt Builder
  • AI-powered automation with Flow

• Understanding of data architecture for AI (clean, structured, model-ready data)

• Proficiencyin HTML, XML, Flex, JavaScript, ASP, SQL, Java or C++, SOAP-based web services.

• Experience using Salesforce data tools (Data Loader, Excel Connector,Demand Tools, Eclipse Force.com IDE).

• Extensive experience with customization on the Salesforce Lightning platform using declarativeplatform-tools.

• In-depth knowledge of APEX with a strong experience of using developer toolkit including Apex Classes, Controllers, and Triggers.

• Substantial experience of using Visual Force for SF development.

• Strong understanding of relational databases.

• Demonstrative success with multiple Salesforce.com integration projects.

PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:

• Hands-on experience with:

• Generative AI use cases in Salesforce (GPT, LLM integrations)

• Prompt engineering and AI model tuning

• AI-based case deflection, chatbots, or virtual agents

• Exposure toAgentforce/ Copilot Studio / AI-driven Service Cloud

• Experience with Data Cloud + AI (customer 360, segmentation, insights)

• Practical knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming language (JAVA,.net).

• Must be able to produce high-quality work as part of a fast-paced, dynamic team.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with proven technical writing abilities.

• Strong teamplayer with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
