Product AI Agent Builder

Moss is hiring a Product AI Agent Builder for its Product Operations team. The role is focused on turning clear product-operations briefs into reliable AI agents, LLM applications, automations, integrations, and internal tools that central teams can actually depend on.

What you will build

• Build purpose-built AI agents for specific product processes, such as VoC agents and synthesis workflows.
• Turn clear briefs into robust systems that run at scale without constant supervision.
• Connect the right data sources, design prompts, validate outputs, and make sure each agent behaves reliably in real operational workflows.
• Build custom AI and LLM applications, automations, integrations, and product-operations tools.
• Administer and maintain the product team's shared tooling platforms so they stay configured, documented, and dependable.

What you will work with

• No-code and low-code automation platforms such as n8n, Make, and Zapier.
• REST APIs, webhooks, JSON, and integration debugging.
• LLM APIs embedded into organisational workflows at production scale.
• Prompt design, output validation, data-source connections, and reliable workflow documentation.

What they are looking for

• Proven experience building automations or integrations with no-code or low-code platforms.
• A working grasp of REST APIs, webhooks, and JSON so you can wire systems together and debug failing integrations.
• Experience integrating an LLM API into workflows that central processes can depend on, not just local experiments.
• A builder mindset: you enjoy making the thing work, not only defining the strategy or writing the brief.
• The ability to move fast from clear direction and deliver without constant oversight.
• Reliability in ownership: you document as you go, flag blockers early, and keep what you build working after launch.
• Fluent English; German is a plus.
