Your Role

1. Digital Transformation & Innovation

• • Lead end-to-end digital transformation initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize operations using emerging technologies such as AI, machine learning, and RPA.
  • Champion the adoption of digital tools, platforms, and automation solutions to enhance end to end service chain on efficiency.
  • Monitor performance of deployed solutions and continuously enhance based on business needs.
  • Ensure governance, compliance, and best practices in automation implementation.
  • Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to design scalable, future-ready solutions.

1. Project & Stakeholder Management

• • Lead and manage multiple transformation projects simultaneously, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and budget.
  • Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.
  • Coordinate across internal operations teams and external partners/vendors.
  • Provide regular updates to senior leadership on project status, risks, and outcomes.

1. Operational Excellence

• • Analyze operations services performance data and identify improvement areas.
  • Design and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and service quality.
  • Establish KPIs and dashboards to track performance and measure success of transformation initiatives.

1. Team Leadership

• • Lead and manage a team of professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Provide guidance on digital tools, methodologies, and agile ways of working.

To succeed in this role:

• • Tertiary education qualifications in computer science, AI and data science, business management, digital transformation management or related fields.
  • Experience with system integration, APIs, workflow automation, or digital transformation initiatives.
  • Good understanding of AI technologies such as LLMs, agentic AI, MaaS, RAG, AI model training, fine-tuning and inferencing.
  • Strong management skills with solid management abilities
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with a strong sense of innovation and adaptability to meet the company’s business needs
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer-handling skills
  • Self-motivated and able to act as a team player
