Job Overview
The distance between a product idea and running code is shrinking fast, and this role exists to close it at Gate. You'll turn business requirements into precise prompts and AI-generated front-end and back-end code, take features from PRD to deployed MVP, and set the standards the team uses to build with AI. Within a year, going from PRD to code will be how a real share of our features get built, backed by a shared playbook that keeps AI-generated code clean.
Responsibilities
1. Break business requirements into precise prompt sets and use AI coding tools to generate production-quality front-end and back-end code
2. Take features from PRD to working product, producing API docs, UI component structure and core logic alongside the spec
3. Build and maintain the team's library of AI coding practices and prompts, cutting down issues caused by model hallucination
4. Build MVPs quickly across the stack, then deploy and validate them in production
Qualifications
1. You've shipped real products by building with AI coding tools, not just experimented with them
2. You can write a clear PRD and turn it into structured, unambiguous instructions an AI can execute
3. You have full-stack judgment: you can read, review and fix generated code across front end and back end, and deploy it
4. You turn what works into reusable standards other people adopt
Bonus:

2. Experience with fintech, trading or Web3 products
