Project Overview
We are a consulting service team within EY Strategy and Consulting, Co. Ltd. that specializes in work design consultation. Our work focuses on helping client teams address inefficiencies by redesigning how work is performed across people, process, and systems.
Our delivery team brings strong capabilities in process analysis, documentation, control design, manual creation, and system support. For each engagement, we collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) who contribute deep hands-on expertise in specific functional areas such as accounting, finance, tax, or other specialized domains.
For this engagement, we are seeking an experienced forward-deployed SME to work alongside our delivery team and client stakeholders. This is a project-based role, where expertise is applied through defined deliverables. How You Would Contribute (Scope of Work)
As part of the project team, you would apply your technology and product expertise through activities such as:
- Build and scale core components of our Platform‑as‑a‑Service (PaaS).
- Develop robust applications that connect contractors and clients seamlessly.
- Design system integrations across modern and legacy tools.
- Collaborate with AI research teams to build agentic, autonomous services.
- Lead rapid prototyping and create internal tools with Power Platform or custom code.
- Own the product lifecycle from stakeholder discovery to delivery.
- Implement CI/CD automation, testing, and secure operational practices.
Engagement Style
You would work collaboratively with EY consultants and client teams, contributing practical, hands-on expertise while our delivery team supports process design, documentation, and implementation activities. The exact focus areas may evolve as the project progresses, depending on client priorities and findings.
