Intelligent Automation Engineer
Design and deliver enterprise automation using RPA, Python, Generative AI and Low-Code; experience with Azure AI, prompt engineering, APIs, GitHub, and stakeholder collaboration.

Job Description:Role Summary
We are looking for an Intelligent Automation Engineerto design, develop, and support enterprise automation solutions using RPA, chatbots, Generative AI, Agentic AI, Python, and Low-Code platforms. The candidate should have strong technical skills, be able to independently deliver automation solutions, collaborate with stakeholders, and contribute to team learning and innovation.
Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, deploy, and support Intelligent Automation solutions across the complete automation lifecycle.
Develop and maintain automation solutions using RPA, Python, Generative AI, Agentic AI, and Low-Code platforms.
Build AI-powered solutions using Azure OpenAI and related technologies.
Integrate automation solutions with enterprise applications, APIs, databases, and cloud services.
Monitor production bots, troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and ensure timely resolution.
Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver automation solutions.
Provide production support, technical documentation, and follow development best practices.
Support team members in resolving technical issues and actively contribute to competency-building and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
Continuously learn and adopt new automation and AI technologies to drive innovation.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
5–7 years of overall experiencewith hands-on experience in Intelligent Automation technologies.
Experience in RPA (Automation Anywhere preferred), Python, Generative AI, Agentic AI concepts, and Azure AI services.
Good understanding of Prompt Engineering, REST APIs, databases, GitHub/GitHub Copilot, n8n, Power Pages, and OutSystems.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, stakeholder management, and teamwork skills.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment with a strong learning mindset.
