We’re building a next-generation AI-powered insurance and real estate platformthat automates underwriting, quoting, servicing, and portfolio management.


This is not a “plug ChatGPT into Zapier” role.


We are looking for someone who can design and build intelligent workflow systemsthat replace manual operations and scale across thousands of assets, policies, and transactions.


If you think in systems, obsess over efficiency, and have built real automations that people rely on daily, keep reading.

⚙️ What You’ll Do
• Design and deploy end-to-end AI workflowsacross insurance and real estate operations
• Build automation across:
• CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce)
• Policy management systems
• Document processing (COIs, loss runs, schedules)
• Underwriting workflows
• Integrate tools using APIs (REST, webhooks, etc.)
• Build AI-assisted processes using:
• OpenAI / LLMs
• Vector databases (if applicable)
• Workflow tools (Zapier, Make, n8n, or custom)
• Turn messy, manual processes into clean, scalable systems
• Collaborate directly with leadership to identify high-ROI automation opportunities

• Proven experience buildingreal-world automation systems(not just prototypes)
• Strong understanding of:
• APIs, data flow, and system architecture
• Workflow automation tools (Zapier, Make, n8n, etc.)
• AI/LLM integrations
• Ability to think like an operator, not just a developer
• Experience in insurance, real estate, or fintech = strong bonus
