Job Summary:

We are seeking a Sales Operations Analyst to support and optimize our sales processes with a strong focus on AI-driven automation, operational efficiency, and CRM system excellence. This role combines traditional sales operations responsibilities with the design and implementation of automation, AI-powered workflows, and data-driven improvements across our revenue operations ecosystem.

The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of CRM platforms and quote-to-close workflows, thrives on improving complex processes, and is excited to leverage AI tools, automation platforms, and analytics to streamline workflows and increase productivity for the sales organization.

This role will partner closely with Sales, Finance, Customer Success, Professional Development, Support, and Salesforce Administration teams to improve operational scalability and reduce manual processes.


Essential Functions:

Salesforce and Revenue Operations

Manage and prioritize the Sales Operations case queue, maintain account and opportunity data, and build custom reports and dashboards for Account Executives and leadership. Process and validate purchase orders, coordinate with Finance and Support teams, and ensure accurate documentation and deal records across the CRM.

Quote-to-Close Process Management

Oversee quote creation workflows and ensure accurate transfer of information across quoting systems and the CRM. Submit and manage key workflows including Pilot submissions, Early Start requests, Training requests, and Event submissions. Ensure compliance with regional pricing structures, tax regulations, and standardized quoting language.

AI & Automation Development

Identify manual, repetitive, or redundant sales operations workflows and design AI-powered automation solutions. Evaluate and implement AI tools for process automation, data enrichment, forecasting support, and reporting. Collaborate with administrators to deploy scalable automation and integrations that reduce manual redundancy across the revenue operations ecosystem.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Process Optimization

Partner with Finance, Customer Support, Professional Development, and Sales Leadership to remove workflow bottlenecks and improve operational processes. Provide guidance and support to Account Executives on sales requests, pricing communication, and operational accuracy.


Qualifications (Education and Experience):

  • 3+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Business Operations

  • Demonstrated implementation of AI tools and automation into business workflows to improve efficiency and reduce manual redundancy

  • Strong understanding of CRM platforms (such as CPQ, Revenue Cloud, Agentforce), quote-to-close workflows, and revenue operations data structures

  • Experience with quote creation systems and quoting workflows

  • Familiarity with Salesforce reporting and workflow automation

  • Experience working in SaaS, B2B, or EdTech organizations

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a track record of data-driven process improvement

  • Ability to collaborate across multiple departments and stakeholders with minimal direction

  • Familiarity with automation platforms, AI copilots, or data enrichment tools
