Role Overview:
We are seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developerwith strong expertise in workflow automation, custom application development, and AI-driven solutionson the ServiceNow platform.
This role focuses on leveraging the latest capabilities from Zurich/Yokohama releasesto build modern, scalable, and intelligent workflows, going beyond traditional ITSM configurations.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement workflows using Flow Designerand Process Automation Designer (PAD)
- Build custom Playbooksand Declarative Actions
- Develop custom applicationsusing App Engine
- Create UI using UI Builder, Workspace, and custom screens
- Implement Now Assistand AI Studiocapabilities
- Explore Agentic AIfor workflow automation
- Work with IntegrationHuband ensure proper data binding
- Develop logic using JavaScript and Glide APIs
