Design end-side large-model solutions, build prototypes and demos with AI Native tools, engage customers to validate and deliver projects; strong business insight, product thinking, hands-on technical ability, and communication skills.
1–3 years experience, bachelor\u0002s degree required. Strong knowledge of generative AI (LLM,RAG,Agent), prompt engineering, HR business processes, prototyping, and stakeholder collaboration.
Bachelor's in CS/statistics/math or related; 3+ years in data analysis/development or technical operations; strong Python (Pandas/NumPy), SQL, BI and AI Agent experience preferred.
